From Oppy to Oyster, sailing is a physical sport, up and down the companionway, sweating lies, hauling halyards, grinding winches.....
A basic level of fitness helps you to get the most out of your favourite pastime and helps prevent injury.
Fit 2 Sail is a series of gentle and fun exercises, designed to increase suppleness and gently build a little more strength and stamina. Intended for any age group and any ability, these sessions are less about Joe-Wicks-like gym-bunnies and more about equipping you with some easy to do, low-impact exercises that, once learnt you can do at any time, at home or in the gym (or on your boat!) with little or no equipment.
